Who Can Apply for UGC NET June 2025?
✅ Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in their Master’s Degree or equivalent from a UGC-recognised institution.
- For OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender categories, the required marks are 50%.
- Final year postgraduate students are also eligible to apply.
✅ Age Limit:
- For JRF: Maximum age is 30 years as on June 1, 2025.
(Relaxation of up to 5 years for reserved categories.) - For Assistant Professor / PhD Admissions: No upper age limit.
