- Scroll down and click on the ‘Careers’ section.

📊 SBI PO 2025 Selection Process
The SBI PO recruitment is conducted in three phases:
🔹 Phase I: Preliminary Examination
- Objective-type test (100 marks)
- No sectional cut-off
- Candidates approx. 10x the number of vacancies shortlisted
🔹 Phase II: Main Examination
- Objective Test (200 marks) + Descriptive Test (50 marks)
- Must qualify each section separately
- Candidates approx. 3x the number of vacancies shortlisted for Phase III
🔹 Phase III: Final Selection
- Psychometric Test
- Group Exercise (20 marks) + Personal Interview (30 marks)
- Marks from Phase II and III are combined (normalized to 100)
- Prelims marks not considered for final merit

Candidates who clear the prelims will soon receive their SBI PO Mains Admit Card 2025, expected to be released shortly. The Main Exam will likely be held in April or May 2025, followed by the Phase III Psychometric Test in May or June 2025.
